Overview

Nooks is an AI-powered parallel dialer and virtual salesfloor that helps SDR teams make more calls and have better conversations. Amplemarket connects to Nooks through your CRM. When a rep has a due call task in an Amplemarket sequence, that task is pushed to Salesforce or HubSpot where Nooks picks it up. After the call, Nooks writes the disposition back to the CRM, Amplemarket reads it, and the sequence advances or marks the contact as completed based on the outcome.

This CRM-connected approach means you don't need a direct integration between the two tools. Your CRM acts as the bridge, and both Amplemarket and Nooks read and write to it. Reps can power through high-volume call blocks in Nooks while Amplemarket handles the multichannel orchestration around those calls: emails before, LinkedIn after, follow-up sequences based on call outcomes.

The integration has been extensively tested with Nooks and is one of the two primary dialers (alongside Orum) that Amplemarket officially supports through this CRM-connected workflow.

What you can do

  • Automatic call task sync Due and overdue call tasks from Amplemarket sequences are pushed to your CRM as task records. Nooks accesses them through a dynamically generated CRM report or list, so reps always have a fresh call queue.
  • Disposition mapping Map Nooks' call dispositions to Amplemarket's sequence actions. "Connected, interested" can advance to the next stage. "Voicemail" can trigger a follow-up email. "Wrong number" can mark the contact as completed. You define the rules.
  • Sequence progression After a call, the disposition syncs back to Amplemarket and the sequence advances automatically. No manual task completion, no logging into Amplemarket to update the status.
  • Unified call analytics Calls made through Nooks appear in Amplemarket's analytics, giving you a single view of all call activity regardless of which dialer was used.
  • CRM activity logging Call data is pushed to Salesforce or HubSpot so your CRM reflects the complete conversation history. Admins can configure task consolidation to avoid duplicate logging.

How it works

  1. Connect Navigate to Amplemarket Settings, go to Integrations, and find "Dialer connected via CRM." You need an active CRM connection (Salesforce or HubSpot), admin access to Amplemarket, and your Nooks account connected to the same CRM.
  2. Configure Map Nooks' call dispositions to Amplemarket actions (advance to next stage, mark as completed, or use a fallback). Ensure phone number and sequence name fields are mapped in your CRM settings. Select which users should have the integration enabled.
  3. Dial When a call task becomes due in an Amplemarket sequence, it appears in the Nooks call queue via the CRM report. The rep dials through Nooks, selects a disposition, and the result syncs back to Amplemarket. HubSpot syncs near-instantly via webhooks. Salesforce syncs every ~10 minutes.

Use cases

High-volume cold call blocks with automated follow-up

Your SDR team runs two-hour power-dial sessions in Nooks every morning. Each rep works through 60-80 calls from their Amplemarket sequence queue. After each call, Nooks logs the disposition. "Connected, interested" contacts automatically receive a follow-up email from Amplemarket that afternoon. "Voicemail" contacts get a LinkedIn connection request the next day. The rep never touches Amplemarket during the call block.

Call-first sequences for hot leads

Duo signals flag an account that just raised funding. You create a call-first sequence: Day 1 is a phone call, Day 2 is a LinkedIn connection, Day 3 is a personalized email. The call task pushes to Nooks, the rep dials immediately, and regardless of the outcome, the sequence continues through the next channels automatically.

Frequently asked questions

The integration connects through your CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot). Amplemarket pushes due call tasks to your CRM, Nooks reads them from a dynamically generated report or list, and after the call, Nooks writes the disposition back. Amplemarket picks up the disposition and advances the sequence accordingly. Your CRM acts as the bridge.

You need either Salesforce or HubSpot connected to both Amplemarket and Nooks. Each Amplemarket user must have a CRM account with the exact same email address for task assignment to work correctly.

With HubSpot, dispositions sync near-instantly through webhooks. With Salesforce, Amplemarket polls every ~10 minutes, so there can be a short delay before the sequence advances.

Yes, on the Amplemarket side. The CRM-connected integration works with multiple dialers, so some reps can use Nooks while others use Orum. However, note that Nooks itself is limited to one CRM integration at a time. If Nooks is already connected to another platform, you may need to work with your Nooks team to switch to the Amplemarket CRM reports.

Amplemarket uses the fallback disposition you configured during setup. It's important to map all of Nooks' disposition strings to Amplemarket actions during configuration to avoid relying on the fallback.
