Hi. I'm Awni, a product manager here at Amplemarket focused on the Engagement side of things. A couple of months ago, we showcased our brand new Outbox, giving our users 360 visibility into every outgoing email and LinkedIn action. Today, I'm excited to show you what we built next, the Unified Inbox, a centralized multichannel communication hub that lets you track incoming conversations right inside Amplemarket, connecting everything from qualification, engagement, to closing all in one place. What we've been hearing from customers time and time again is that replying to leads is just messy. You're jumping between different Gmail tabs, LinkedIn DMs, multiple Chrome profiles if you're managing multiple inboxes, and Amplemarket, of course, just to keep up with conversations. It's just way too easy to lose track, way too easy to miss a reply, or follow-up to a lead. And at the end of the day, who wants to sit through 50 incoming replies every morning just to find the one that actually matters? It's not just annoying. It slows you down. It's all designed to help you find the conversations that matter faster. Each conversation comes with a rich summary, who the reply came from, a quick preview of the message, how they engaged with the thread, when the reply came in, and even the sentiment detection powered by AI. Now let's open a reply that can see the full thread, lead context, and if I want, I can reply instantly using our built in editor. All you have to do is just hit reply, within your message, just hit control and enter, and the email goes out, as easy as that. I can also navigate across my replies with my keyboard, powering through all conversations and stay in the flow. And if you're not ready to reply yet, you can simply mark the conversation as unread and circle back later. We've put so much love into this experience so you can have everything you already have and love about Amplemarket now unified in one place. And the best part, since Amplemarket powers multichannel sequencing, we also bring LinkedIn replies into this view with all of the same power and all of the same context.
