Overview
Amplemarket's Microsoft Outlook integration lets you send outbound sequences directly from your Microsoft 365 or Outlook account. Every email goes out from your actual Outlook inbox. Prospects see your real email address, your signature, and your reply history. There is no separate sending infrastructure, no platform branding, and no gap between your sequence emails and your day-to-day conversations.
For organizations already running on the Microsoft ecosystem, keeping outbound email in Outlook means one less tool to manage outside your existing stack. Many enterprise IT teams require Microsoft 365 for email compliance, data residency, and admin controls. Amplemarket works within those constraints rather than around them.
On top of native sending, Amplemarket adds deliverability tools that Outlook alone does not provide. Email warmup builds sender reputation on new or cold mailboxes. The Domain Health Center lets you verify your domain authentication is properly set up. Sending limits management distributes volume across connected mailboxes to stay within Microsoft's rate limits. And every reply from a prospect lands in your Outlook inbox as a normal conversation thread.
What you can do
- Send sequences from your Outlook inbox Every outbound email is sent from your connected Microsoft 365 account. Prospects reply directly to your inbox, and the conversation thread stays intact just like a regular email exchange.
- Email warmup Automatically warm up new or underused Outlook accounts to build sender reputation before running high-volume sequences.
- Domain health monitoring Verify your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration from Amplemarket's Domain Health Center to ensure your emails land in the primary inbox, not spam.
- Sending limits management Amplemarket tracks Microsoft 365's sending limits for each connected account and distributes your sequence volume across mailboxes to maximize throughput without triggering rate limits.
- Open, click, and reply tracking Amplemarket automatically tracks email opens, link clicks, and replies for every sequence email sent through Outlook.
- AI-powered email copy Amplemarket's AI Copywriter generates personalized email drafts for each prospect in your sequence, sent through your Outlook account with dynamic fields and contextual personalization.
- Outlook Add-in Install the Amplemarket Add-in for Outlook to check activity history, add contacts to sequences, and manage exclusion lists without leaving your inbox.
How it works
- Connect Go to Amplemarket Mailbox Settings, click "+Add Mailbox," and choose "Microsoft Account." Authenticate through Microsoft's OAuth flow. Your password is never stored. Organizations requiring admin approval must complete Microsoft's admin consent workflow first.
- Configure Set up your email signature, daily sending limits, warmup preferences, and domain settings. If connecting multiple team mailboxes, configure each one individually.
- Send Create a sequence in Amplemarket, select your connected Outlook account as the sender, and launch. Emails go out on your schedule, replies flow back to Outlook, and Amplemarket tracks engagement automatically.
Use cases
Enterprise teams with Microsoft 365 compliance requirements
Your company mandates Microsoft 365 for all business email due to data residency and compliance policies. Each SDR connects their Outlook account to Amplemarket, runs warmup, and sends sequences, all without needing an exception from IT or a secondary email provider.
Distribute sending across a large Outlook-connected team
Your sales team of 12 reps each connects their individual Outlook mailbox to Amplemarket. Sending limits are configured per account, and Amplemarket distributes outbound volume across the full team. No single mailbox exceeds Microsoft's daily threshold.
Warm up newly provisioned Microsoft 365 accounts
Your team is expanding and new Microsoft 365 accounts are provisioned for incoming hires. Connect the accounts to Amplemarket immediately and enable email warmup. By the time new reps start, their Outlook mailboxes have established sender reputation and are ready for full-volume outreach.
Frequently asked questions
How do I connect Microsoft Outlook to Amplemarket?
Go to Amplemarket Mailbox Settings, click "+Add Mailbox," and choose "Microsoft Account." You'll authenticate through Microsoft's standard OAuth flow. Amplemarket never sees or stores your password. After connecting, configure your sending limits, signature, and warmup settings.
Does Amplemarket support both personal Outlook and Microsoft 365 accounts?
Amplemarket supports Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) business accounts. Microsoft 365 is recommended for sales teams because it offers custom domain sending, admin controls, and compatibility with enterprise compliance requirements.
How does the Outlook integration differ from the Gmail integration?
Both integrations send sequences from your real inbox and support warmup, domain health monitoring, and tracking. The difference is the email provider. Microsoft tends to enforce stricter sending limits than Gmail, so warmup and volume distribution across multiple mailboxes becomes more important with Outlook.
Can I see sequence replies in my Outlook inbox?
Yes. Because Amplemarket sends from your actual Outlook account, all replies land directly in your Outlook inbox as normal email threads. You can reply from Outlook or from Amplemarket.
Is there an Amplemarket Add-in for Outlook?
Yes. The Amplemarket Add-in lets you check activity history, add contacts to sequences, export to your CRM, and manage exclusion lists from within Outlook. Install it from the "Get Add-ins" menu in Outlook or from Microsoft's AppSource marketplace.
