Overview

Amplemarket's Microsoft Outlook integration lets you send outbound sequences directly from your Microsoft 365 or Outlook account. Every email goes out from your actual Outlook inbox. Prospects see your real email address, your signature, and your reply history. There is no separate sending infrastructure, no platform branding, and no gap between your sequence emails and your day-to-day conversations.

For organizations already running on the Microsoft ecosystem, keeping outbound email in Outlook means one less tool to manage outside your existing stack. Many enterprise IT teams require Microsoft 365 for email compliance, data residency, and admin controls. Amplemarket works within those constraints rather than around them.

How it works

  1. Connect Go to Amplemarket Mailbox Settings, click "+Add Mailbox," and choose "Microsoft Account." Authenticate through Microsoft's OAuth flow. Your password is never stored. Organizations requiring admin approval must complete Microsoft's admin consent workflow first.
  2. Configure Set up your email signature, daily sending limits, warmup preferences, and domain settings. If connecting multiple team mailboxes, configure each one individually.
  3. Send Create a sequence in Amplemarket, select your connected Outlook account as the sender, and launch. Emails go out on your schedule, replies flow back to Outlook, and Amplemarket tracks engagement automatically.
