Overview
Salesfinity is an AI-powered parallel dialer built for B2B sales teams. Its integration with Amplemarket creates a direct connection between your prospecting sequences and high-volume phone outreach. Import due call tasks from Amplemarket into Salesfinity with one click, power through them with parallel dialing that connects you only when a real person answers, and sync every call's notes and dispositions back into Amplemarket automatically.
Unlike the CRM-connected dialer path used by Nooks and Orum, the Salesfinity integration connects directly to Amplemarket via API key. Setup is faster (generate a key, paste it into Salesfinity, done) and you don't need to route call tasks through your CRM as an intermediary.
Calls made through Salesfinity appear in Amplemarket's Calls tab, count in your analytics, and can be pushed to your CRM.
What you can do
- One-click call task import Import due call tasks directly from Amplemarket into Salesfinity's dialing queue. No CSV exports, no manual list building, no CRM report configuration.
- AI parallel dialing Salesfinity dials multiple numbers simultaneously, filtering out voicemails, busy signals, and disconnected numbers. Reps only connect when a real person answers.
- Call notes and disposition sync After each call, notes and dispositions sync from Salesfinity back into Amplemarket. Sequences advance based on call outcomes without reps needing to update manually.
- Unified call analytics Salesfinity calls appear in Amplemarket's Calls tab alongside calls from other connected dialers.
How it works
- Generate your API key In Amplemarket, go to Settings, find the API section, and click "Generate New API Key." Copy the key.
- Connect in Salesfinity Open your Salesfinity dashboard, click "Import Contacts," find the Amplemarket Integration section, click "Connect," and paste your API key.
- Import and dial Click "Import Contacts" in Salesfinity to pull due call tasks from your Amplemarket sequences. Start parallel dialing, and every outcome syncs back to Amplemarket when the session is done.
Use cases
Speed-to-lead on inbound signals
A prospect downloads your pricing guide and Amplemarket's Duo triggers a call-first sequence. The call task imports to Salesfinity instantly. Your SDR parallel-dials the prospect alongside their other due tasks. If they connect within the first five minutes, they're talking to a prospect who's actively evaluating.
Power-dial through cold call lists at scale
Your team has 500 cold prospects in an Amplemarket sequence with phone as the first touchpoint. Instead of single-dialing through them over two weeks, your SDRs import batches into Salesfinity and parallel-dial through the list in days. Amplemarket sequences handle the follow-up for everyone who didn't pick up.
Frequently asked questions
How do I connect Salesfinity to Amplemarket?
Generate an API key in Amplemarket (Settings, API, Generate New API Key), then paste it into Salesfinity's Amplemarket Integration section (Import Contacts, Amplemarket, Connect). The connection is active immediately.
Is the Salesfinity integration different from the Nooks/Orum integration?
Yes. Salesfinity connects directly to Amplemarket via API key, while Nooks and Orum use a CRM-connected approach (routing call tasks through Salesforce or HubSpot). The Salesfinity path is faster to set up and doesn't require CRM routing.
Do I need a separate Salesfinity subscription?
Yes. Salesfinity is a separate product with its own pricing. The Amplemarket integration is included with both subscriptions at no additional cost.
What data syncs between Salesfinity and Amplemarket?
Call tasks import from Amplemarket to Salesfinity (contact info, phone numbers, sequence context). After calls, dispositions and notes sync back to Amplemarket. Calls appear in Amplemarket's Calls tab and analytics.
Can I use Salesfinity alongside other dialers?
Yes. Amplemarket supports multiple dialers simultaneously. Some reps can use Salesfinity while others use Nooks or Orum. Call data from all dialers appears in Amplemarket's unified analytics.
