Overview
Amplemarket's Salesforce integration is a native, two-way API connection that keeps both platforms in sync without manual data entry. Every email, call, LinkedIn touch, and meeting logged in Amplemarket flows automatically into Salesforce, and Salesforce data flows back to inform your prospecting.
For sales teams, this means reps can run sequences in Amplemarket while managers and RevOps see the full picture in Salesforce. Contacts, leads, and accounts stay aligned across both systems so your CRM remains the single source of truth for every deal. The push is live (records appear in Salesforce within minutes), and the pull syncs every 3 hours.
What you can do
- Two-way contact and lead sync Push new contacts and leads from Amplemarket to Salesforce automatically when they're enrolled in a sequence. Choose to push as Contacts or Leads. Pull Salesforce lists into Amplemarket for outreach.
- Automatic activity logging Every email sent, call made, LinkedIn action taken, and meeting booked in Amplemarket is logged on the corresponding Salesforce record. Activity Title Enrichment adds sequence name, stage, type, and tags for easy filtering and reporting.
- Import and sequence directly from Salesforce Use Amplemarket's Chrome extension to import leads or add them to sequences directly from Salesforce's Leads, Contacts, and Reports views. No CSV exports needed.
- Custom field mapping Map any Amplemarket field to its Salesforce counterpart across Leads, Contacts, and Accounts. Set default values, control overwrite rules, and mark fields as optional to prevent sync failures.
- Exclusion list management Automatically exclude leads, contacts, and accounts already in Salesforce from your prospecting. Leads and contacts match by email, accounts match by domain. If someone no longer matches exclusion criteria, they're automatically removed.
- Third-party dialer sync Calls made through external dialers like Trellus, Nooks, Orum, and Salesfinity are pushed to Salesforce as activities, keeping your call data centralized.
- Salesforce reporting fields Push sequence data (sequence name, status, reply labels, meeting booked, email opens) to custom Salesforce fields to power reports on outbound pipeline, meetings by rep, replies by sequence, and more.
How it works
- Connect Go to Amplemarket Settings, select Integrations, and click "Connect Salesforce." Authenticate with your Salesforce credentials. You need admin access or Read/Create/Edit permissions on Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Tasks, and Opportunities with API access enabled. Requires Salesforce Enterprise or above, or Professional with API access added.
- Configure Set up your pull records (exclusion rules by lead status, contact type, or account criteria), push records (all enrolled contacts or only those with specific reply labels, as Contacts or Leads), activity logging preferences, and custom field mappings.
- Go The integration runs continuously. New contacts are pushed within minutes as they enter sequences. Activities log in real time. Exclusion lists update every 3 hours. Use "Push History" to backfill any historical data.
Use cases
Keep your CRM current without manual work
Your SDR team runs 15 sequences across different personas. Every email reply, call disposition, and LinkedIn connection flows into Salesforce as it happens. When a manager pulls a pipeline report, they see the full activity history.
Prevent duplicate outreach with exclusion lists
A new rep joins and starts building prospect lists. The Salesforce integration automatically excludes contacts and accounts already in your CRM, so they never accidentally email an existing customer or a prospect another rep is already working.
Import and sequence leads directly from Salesforce
Your AE spots a list of contacts in a Salesforce report that need follow-up. Using the Amplemarket Chrome extension, they select the contacts and add them to an Amplemarket sequence without leaving Salesforce. No CSV export, no manual data entry.
