When strategy evolves, again: meet the agentic Amplemarket

In 2024, we introduced Duo Copilot, the AI sales copilot that finds the right buyers for you, and shared the story behind our rebrand. Since then, we've kept building in the same direction of AI-driven sales.

We’ve shipped a lot in 2026, including:

New agents and ways to work with AI

  • Duo Accounts: Our account research agent analyzes your target accounts and shows you who, how, and when to engage.
  • Amplemarket MCP: Run Amplemarket from Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools: find, research, and enrich leads, and add them to sequences, without leaving the chat.

Features that make every seller's day easier

  • Parallel Dialer: An AI dialer that calls up to five prospects at once, with our own audio model telling people from voicemails. Reps get each contact’s history, signals and sequence status from the first hello, while the dialer logs voicemails and no-answers, captures the transcript, and drafts a ready-to-send follow-up.
  • CRM Enrichment: It keeps your CRM fresh with verified B2B data, filling in missing fields like company size, industry, and contact details, and keeping titles and companies up to date.

The product was becoming more agentic, and the platform around it kept getting stronger. Our brand just wasn't showing it.

Now it does, and here's the process behind it.

Why did Amplemarket refresh its brand?

The short answer is: to show what we'd already been building. We saw where sales was heading, built Amplemarket in that direction, and our brand now tells that story.

At one of our recent company all-hands, Mica Oliveira, our Co-founder and CRO, shared what he sees every day: "The market is changing so rapidly because of AI: how customers discover us, the questions they ask, how competitors update their products." This made it clear that AI is having an immense impact in the discovery and market side.

But that's only part of it: it's also changing how teams find buyers and build pipeline, as our own data showed.

That data later became what's now known as the State of Agentic Sales 2026 report, which covers nearly 49 million prospects contacted through Amplemarket from January 2022 to September 2026. It shows the shift happening within sales regarding the use of AI.

It shows how, in two years, AI went from barely being present in outbound to assisting outreach to more than a third of new prospects.

The best results, though, still come from people and AI together. When we dug into the data, the results confirmed what we had been hearing from our own team and customers: The more AI tools a person uses, the more successful they are.

Reps who combine calls with three or more AI tools book 2.4× as many meetings as reps who do neither. They work more prospects, and still book at their team's usual rate per prospect.

It's also clearer that agents widen the funnel, so people can close it.

The data also shows that more channels work better than one, that going deeper into each account pays off, and that more reps now run their outreach from AI assistants through MCP.

The full report has all the details on how email reply rates were already falling before AI took off, and how people and AI together win.

Given that direction, Eduardo Nunes, our Creative Director, set the brief: "Evolve the brand so it reflects where the product is today and, more importantly, where we're going next."

None of this was new to us. It's the direction we'd been building in: agents at the centre, people in charge, and everything they need in one place.

Getting here wasn't a straight line

Written down like this, it all sounds very linear, but it wasn't.

At Amplemarket, we ship constantly. Over the last year, our monthly Made for You posts have covered more than 100 updates, with around two major launches each month. These include Workflows, Duo Inbox, WhatsApp and iMessage outreach, and AI Smart Snippets, alongside Parallel Dialer, MCP, Duo Accounts, and CRM enrichment, to name a few.

A lot of it starts with customer requests. Allison Gillespie, VP of Marketing at O'Reilly, put it this way:

"The Amplemarket team builds the features we need for our business. We don't get that often from other vendors."

And our customers notice how quick it is, too. Darshan Advani, Growth Marketing at Exa shared how he has "been using Amplemarket for the last 2 years and the team is genuinely incredible at shipping things that push sales tech forward."

When you move that fast, one clear story doesn't write itself. So naturally, finding the best way to tell it took a bit of back and forth.

Copy and positioning were a team effort, with a lot of discussion along the way. Even names took a few rounds, like our account research agent, which went through several iterations before it became Duo Accounts.

It took a bit of time, but as Eduardo put it when he walked the whole company through the work: "Once we started pulling on both of those threads, we realized just how much was there. It’s been a fun, complex process, and we’re now seeing things come together."

It was a lot of work. It was also a lot of fun.

Here's where we landed.

What is Amplemarket?

Amplemarket is an all-in-one sales platform with AI agents built in.

Duo Intelligence is the intelligence layer behind Amplemarket's advanced features, powering every step from research to reply. As our AI features grew, "Duo" had started to mean a lot of things.

Now it means one: Duo Intelligence, with the Duo character as its face.

Here's what it powers:

  • Duo Copilot: Agents watch for buying signals, from job changes and website visits to funding news, and bring you the right people every day, with the context behind each signal.
  • Duo Accounts: An account research agent finds reasons to engage with your target accounts, using your first-party data, Amplemarket's data, and the public web.
  • Duo Copywriter: It researches each lead and writes a personal first touch, using their activity, company, and signals. Reps review every message before it goes out.
  • Duo Inbox: It drafts replies to prospects' questions and objections that sound like you, across email and social. Nothing is sent until you send it.
  • Duo Voice: Record once, and it sends personal voice notes in your own voice, as a step in your sequences.

Together, they bring agents into your team's work. Each agent does one narrow job in the background and brings back what it finds.

The Amplemarket MCP also has a home of its own now. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Grok Bot and run your outbound from the AI tools you already use, with every action under your own login.

Put together, that's why we call Amplemarket a B2B sales harness. It includes the data (verified B2B data, buying signals, and your CRM context), the agents, and the workflows that move the work forward. The rep sets it all up and decides what gets sent.

It doesn't replace the seller. It puts everything they need to sell in one place.

Is Amplemarket still an all-in-one platform?

Yes. All-in-one has been at the core of Amplemarket from the start, and it still is.

Everything a sales team needs to find and reach buyers sits in one platform. The Searcher and our B2B data help you find the right people, with buying signals and your CRM context on top. Multichannel sequences reach them across email, social, calls, WhatsApp, and iMessage, with parallel dialing built in and every reply in one Unibox.

Deliverability tools keep your emails landing as you scale. And AI runs through all of it, from the AI-assisted sequence builder and AI Smart Snippets to the Duo suite.

Consolidation is a big part of what our customers value. When LILT consolidated into Amplemarket, they cut tooling costs by 56%.

Muskan Ganesh, Senior Growth Specialist at Fivetran, put it this way: "One sequence covers calls, email, voice notes, video, and WhatsApp, and its agents find whitespace beyond my target accounts. I now spend most of my day on the phone instead of on admin."

That said, all-in-one is an advantage, not a requirement.

Amplemarket connects to the stack a team already runs, with two-way sync for Salesforce and HubSpot, integrations for your dialer and email, and MCP for the AI tools you use. So teams can bring it in alongside what they have, without replacing everything at once.

So how do agents and people split the work?

Agents do the legwork, and your team decides

At the core, agents work for your team, not instead of it.

An agent is only as good as what it can see. Research from the public web can tell you what a company is doing, but it can't tell you that your team spoke to them last year, or what's in your CRM notes.

Amplemarket gives agents all of that context, so they find buyers and research accounts, and your team makes the decisions.

That way sellers spend their time where it counts: with buyers.

Inside the design

The Duo character we know and love stays exactly as it is. What's new is what's around it: agents with their own look, more colour, and one design system for the website and the product.

One brand, inside and out

Rafael Ferreira, our Design Manager, explains why the product had to move too: "Today the product feels colder and grey, while the brand feels warm and welcoming. By sharing one palette, the product gets warmer too, so coming from the website into the product feels the same."

Brand and product will share one design system and one palette, with the rules behind every component, from microcopy to tone of voice, so the brand carries into every screen.

That's how our design team already works. Rafael leads product design, Eduardo leads brand design, and the two are in constant dialogue.

Earlier this year, Rafael told Verified Insider that most design teams end up either too focused on brand to ship, or too focused on shipping to have a point of view. His answer: "We built around that tension instead of picking a side."

This update is that idea at work. The brand moved, and the product moved with it. As Rafael puts it: "With AI it's really easy to copy other products and features. But if everything feels like one experience and one brand, they can copy us, but they won't feel like us."

Duo stays Duo

Illustrator Pedro Vaz worked with us to evolve Duo, building on the original character. Its defining qualities remain: a single hand-drawn line, a body that stretches and bends to fit the message, and a personality that’s human, approachable, and friendly.

Duo is the face of Duo Intelligence, the mediator between you and the intelligence underneath. In the Duo suite, it takes on the shape of each product for its icon.

The agents are new

As Eduardo describes them: "Duo presents as human, approachable, and friendly. The agents feel more like clean, precise, machined robots. They're still friendly, but they have a task: they go out, do it really well, and come back."

Multiple agents

He adds on, saying that "these agents work for Duo. Each one has a highly specific set of instructions it performs exceptionally well, then hands the work off to Duo, which curates, summarises and prepares it for you. That's why Duo has a mouth, but the agents don't."

Colour with a job

In Eduardo's words: "You create an agent and give it a task, and it takes on the colour of its signal, almost like a lava lamp with the colour inside, so you know what it's cooking."

We also added new colours and more gradients across the brand, and you'll see most of it on the MCP page, thanks to the incredible work of Miguel Cruz, Amplemarket's Senior Designer and Creative Coder.

The MCP looks at the market through a slightly different lens: "It refracts the light a little differently, but at its core, it's the same Amplemarket you know and love."

What you'll see in the product

In Duo Copilot, you create an agent and give it a signal. It works that signal, finds the right people, and brings them to you. Duo Accounts, the account research agent, lives on your accounts list and on each account page, with the research, its sources, and a summary of your conversations with that account.

The app is also moving to the same warmer palette as the brand. Rafael on how far it goes: "We're starting with the colours and terms like agents and signals, but we're not stopping there: next come typography, icons, illustrations and animations, so the brand and product look and feel the same."

Over time, the app and the website will feel like one.

What's next for Amplemarket?

We'll keep building where sales is going. That means listening to the people who sell with Amplemarket every day, and adapting as the market moves.

When Miguel wrote about our 2024 rebrand, he called a brand "a living organism, constantly evolving and growing alongside the company." This is that evolution, of our brand and of where Amplemarket is going.

As Eduardo says: "This is just the start. We're far from done, but we now have a very solid foundation to build on."

Stay tuned.

Yes. The Amplemarket MCP lets you find, research and enrich leads and add them to sequences from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Grok and other tools that support MCP. Everyone signs in with their own Amplemarket account, so the assistant only sees and does what that person can.
