Duo now learns from your content edits
When you edit suggested sequences, Duo now looks for patterns in your manual changes.
If it detects consistent edits, Duo automatically updates your messaging settings and sends you an email to keep you informed.
You can always review and adjust your settings anytime to keep things just the way you like.

See your reps’ Duo feeds with the new Admin View
Admins can now view and manage the Duo feeds of any sales rep directly. Just use the new dropdown at the top of the feed to switch views and take action, if needed.

Automatically set up past customer job changes
Tracking job changes is one of the most powerful signals for re-engaging contacts, especially past customers who already know and trust your products.
Duo now uses your CRM data to identify past customers and automatically sets up Job Change Alerts for them. No manual setup needed.

Take bulk actions on leads in Duo Copilot
You can now perform bulk actions on leads directly from your Duo Copilot feed. Regenerate sequences, dismiss leads, reassign, push to CRM, and more. All in one go!

- Quickly apply changes after updating messaging settings
- Streamline workflows for your BDRs and boost productivity

Track meetings booked outside of sequences
Now you can track meetings booked outside of sequence workflows, including inbound demos and replies, as long as they’re with known accounts.
These meetings are detected through your connected mailboxes and appear in the Account Listing, Account Details, and Contacts tabs. They’re also pushed to your CRM.
If the participant isn’t already a contact, we’ll create one automatically.
