When a best-fit account matches your criteria, enroll selected decision makers in priority outreach.
Not every contact at a best-fit account deserves the same treatment. The CFO needs a different motion than the analyst. But once an account hits your ICP, the clock starts ticking, and chasing down the right people by hand is how good accounts go cold.
This recipe watches for accounts that match your high-fit criteria, then automatically routes decision makers into a priority motion while everyone else goes into a lighter sequence. No one slips through, and your reps focus where it counts.
How the workflow works
- Trigger: Account updated
- Paths: Route by seniority, with two branches (Decision makers, Else)
- Decision makers path: Creates a call task for outreach
- Else path: Adds the contact to a low-touch sequence
How to set it up
This recipe is already available in Amplemarket. Open Workflows, click New workflow, and choose Target decision makers at high-fit accounts. The canvas loads with the trigger, paths, and actions ready to configure.
- Click the Account updated trigger. Add filters for the account criteria that define a high-fit account for your team (industry, revenue, account score, or any combination).
- Configure the Decision makers path. Add at least one filter that identifies decision makers in your setup.
- Click into the Create one-off task action. Set the task type, assignee, and schedule for how you want decision makers handled.
- Click into the Add contacts to sequence action under the Else path. Pick the low-touch sequence and choose how leads should be distributed.
- Hit Launch.
