What this workflow solves
When a sequence ends without a reply, wait, then enroll the lead in a nurture sequence.
A sequence ending in silence doesn't mean the lead is dead. It often means the timing was wrong, the message missed, or they were just busy. The lead is still worth keeping warm, but reps rarely have time to circle back manually weeks later.
This recipe catches every lead that finishes a sequence without replying, waits a couple of weeks, then drops them into a lighter nurture motion so the relationship stays alive with no manual follow-up needed.
How the workflow works
- Trigger: Sequence completed with no reply
- Delay: Workflow waits for a set period before continuing
- Action: Adds the contact to a nurture sequence
How to set it up
This recipe is already available in Amplemarket. Open Workflows, click New workflow, and choose Nurture leads who don't reply. The canvas loads with the trigger, delay, and action ready to configure.
- Click the Sequence completed with no reply trigger. Pick which sequences should trigger the workflow, or leave it set to any sequence.
- Click the Delay block and set how long the workflow should wait before re-engaging.
- Click into the Add contacts to sequence action. Pick your nurture sequence and choose how leads should be distributed.
- Hit Launch.
