What this workflow solves
When a lead replies interested but doesn't book, wait three days, then re-engage.
Some interested replies turn into meetings right away. Others ask to come back later, or want more info first, or simply forget to act. Either way, the lead is still warm, but the rep has moved on to the next prospect. Without a nudge, the conversation fades.
This recipe catches every lead who asks to circle back, gives them a few days to come back on their own, and re-engages anyone who hasn't with a sequence built to keep the conversation going.
How the workflow works
- Trigger: Email replied or social replied with an Asked to circle back later label
- Delay: Workflow waits a few days
- Paths: Checks if a meeting has been booked
- If no meeting: Adds the contact to a re-engagement sequence
- If meeting booked: Journey ends
How to set it up
This recipe is built from scratch. Open Workflows, click New workflow, and start with a blank canvas.
- Add a trigger and select Email replied. Set the Label filter to Asked to circle back later. If you want the workflow to cover social replies too, add a second event for Social replied with the same label.
- Add a Delay block and set how long to wait before checking back. Three days works well for this motion.
- Add a Paths block. Create one path with a filter that checks whether the contact has booked a meeting, and leave the Else path for everyone who hasn't.
- Under the no-meeting path, add an Add contacts to sequence action. Pick your re-engagement sequence and choose how leads should be distributed.
- Hit Launch.
