Prioritize the right Sequences at the right time

You can now mark a Sequence as High Priority, making sure time-sensitive outreach (like inbound leads or event follow-ups) goes out first.

  • Ensure critical Sequences don’t get stuck behind less urgent ones

Introducing Amplemarket for Account-based Selling

We’ve launched a unified workflow inside Amplemarket to help teams handle complex, multi-stakeholder deals. 

Account-based Selling brings Custom Signals, account workflows, and Unibox together so you can catch buying moments, orchestrate engagement, and win deals. All in one system.

Know who’s calling you back with Call Whisper

We’ve added an Inbound Call Whisper so you always know when a callback is from Amplemarket and who the contact is. 

When a forwarded call comes in, you’ll first hear a short prompt like “Amplemarket call from Sarah Chen.”

  • Avoid awkward “who’s this?” moments
  • Keep conversations smooth and professional

Call leads instantly from Unibox conversations

You can now start a call with one click directly from any Unibox thread. Just hit the phone icon in the conversation header to open the Dialer pre-filled with the lead’s number.

  • Turn high-intent replies into real-time conversations
  • Skip context switching and save time
  • Respond faster to complex or time-sensitive opportunities

Keep accounts with the same rep by default

We’ve added a new default setting in Duo lead distribution to prevent multiple reps from getting leads from the same company at the same time. 

If a company is already assigned to a rep, new leads from that company will go to the same person instead of being routed elsewhere.

  • Avoid multiple reps working the same account without coordination
  • Keep lead distribution cleaner and more predictable
  • Build consistency in how accounts are handled across the team

Access calls and recordings through the API

You can now list, filter, and download calls programmatically from the Amplemarket API. 

This includes details like who called who, when it happened, call length, outcome, and dispositions. You can also download recordings for internal calls.

  • Automate transcription, note-taking, and coaching workflows
  • Filter and analyze calls by specific outcomes (for example, only “Interested” calls)
  • Save time by skipping manual downloads and surfacing the calls you need at scale

Auto enrich new contacts from CCs and meetings

Contacts created automatically from CC’d replies or meeting invites now come enriched with Amplemarket data. 

Instead of just an email, you will see details like name, title, LinkedIn, location, industry, and company context.

How this helps you:

  • Understand new contacts instantly with richer context
  • Skip manual lookups and keep your CRM cleaner
  • Save credits since this enrichment is included by default

Stay in context with persistent filters and saved views

You no longer have to reapply filters every time you return to a page. Filters now stick when you navigate away or refresh. 

You can also save specific filter setups as Saved Views and return to them instantly. This is now available in the Duo Copilot Signals table, with more pages coming soon.
