The challenge
Cole McCarthy explains that his move into the generative AI SaaS space was a learning curve in itself, and also brought home to him the need for a more nuanced GTM approach.
"Given this space was new to me and new in general, we needed more than just a contact database to stay relevant in the market. With all the AI spam email options out there, we were looking for something that could empower me with AI without making the outbound process purely agentic.”
